Ram Navami: The Birth of Lord Rama
Ram Navami, the festival celebrating the birth of Lord Rama, is one of the most important Hindu festivals in Bihar. The state has deep connections to the Ramayana, being the land of Goddess Sita and the site of many key events from the epic. The festival is celebrated on the ninth day of the Chaitra month.
